Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times (Estimated)
Canada: 7–14 business days after your order ships.
International (if available at checkout): 10–25 business days after your order ships (delivery times can vary by destination and customs).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee to send it again.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or other carrier-related issues.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
